Apartments, properties, shops and cars; 2 million euros of assets seized from a person in Vlora
The Vlora Prosecutor's Office has seized assets worth 2 million euros owned by citizen Tahir Qenami (Kapaj).
The seized assets are: 14 apartments, one agricultural property, 6 parking spaces, 2 shops and two cars.
Seizure was imposed on the accused for the criminal offense of "Laundering the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity."
Prosecutor's Office Announcement:
The Vlora Prosecutor's Office seizes assets worth 2 million euros owned by citizen TQ. Apartments, properties, shops and cars are under seizure.
At the request of the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction, Vlora, assets worth approximately 2 million euros were seized.
Within the framework of the investigations into criminal proceedings no. 1119, of 2023, based on materials sent by the Vlora Local Police Directorate, the seizure was made for the criminal offense of "Laundering the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity", provided for by Article 287 of the Criminal Code.
At the request of the prosecution, the asset insurance measure 'Preventive Sequestration' was imposed on the following immovable and movable assets:
Property of the type "apartment" with an area of 82 m2 , ZK 8603, "29 Nëntori" neighborhood, Vlorë, owned by a TQ citizen
Property of the "field" type, over 2000 m², Radhimë, owned by citizens EK and FK;
Property of the type "apartment" with no. 98/3+3-22, of the type apartment with an area of 108.5 m2, no. ap. 22, built by the company "Besa G&T" in the municipality of "Farkë", "Sauk", owned by citizen EQ;
Property of the type commercial unit "store", 1st floor, with surface area 50.6 m2, in the "1 maji" neighborhood, Vlora;
Property of the type commercial unit "store" , 1st floor, with a surface area of 89.8 m2, in the "1 maji" neighborhood, Vlora, commissioned by the citizen TQ;
Property of the “parking lot” type, no. 7, 1st floor, with surface area 14.3 m2, common surface area 20.5 m2, total surface area 34.9 m2, in the “1 maji” neighborhood, Vlora, commissioned by citizen TQ;
