Journalist Glidiona Daci gave details about the arrest of the head of ARRSH, Evis Berber.

"BKH has started investigations for a long time. There are two other cases for Evis Berber, which are being investigated by SPAK. These are issues related to tenders. One of the issues was that of winning a tender, which was allegedly given to his friends. The barber had several expensive paintings in his apartment that he claimed were done by himself. 30 to 40 million old cash was also found in his apartment. The assets of 2 businessmen, who turn out to be his friends, are also being investigated.
All tenders bearing Evis Berber's signature are being verified, to see if the law has been applied, they are tenders related to ARRSH. The barber used an amateurish scheme," Daci told News 24.
