Journalist and analyst, Sami Neza said that the arrest of the director of the Albanian Road Authority, Evis Berberi, overcomes the patterns of previous arrests.
Anlisti further adds that the public administration in Albania, at all its levels, is dominated by corruption.
"At first sight this looks like an arrest of a director, but in fact in Albania the director of the Albanian Road Authority is also the most powerful director of the public administration in this country due to the large budgeting he has from the state budget as an institution and because it develops the most powerful tenders compared to other institutions.
His (Berberit's) arrest actually surpasses the patterns of previous arrests, despite the fact that they may have been directors or in other positions more important than that.
The arrest of Berber states once again that any type of arrest in this administration is already insufficient. Public administration in Albania, at all its levels, as international observers say, is dominated by corruption at all levels", he said in an interview in Ora News.
