Lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu has spoken about the arrest of the Serbian terrorist Milan Radoicic, as he said that there is no chance that Radoicic, accused of the September 24 attack in the North, will be extradited to Kosovo.

According to Spahiu, Serbia claims that the Serbian prosecutor's office is within its powers and jurisdiction since it does not recognize Kosovo as a state.

"I think there were wasted minutes in the debate about whether or not Radoicic will be extradited to Kosovo. Radoicic has neither zero chance, nor minus 100% chance of being extradited for a very simple reason. Because Serbia does not recognize Kosovo as an independent state. So, it cannot extradite him to a country that does not recognize him legally and diplomatically. So, it recognizes the territory where the crime was committed as the territory of Serbia.

So, they claim that the Serbian prosecution is within its powers and jurisdiction. Extradition relations are very complicated relations even in sovereign states," Spahiu told Euronews Albania.
