Journalist Artan Hoxha has released new details regarding the case of Fredi Beleri, he said that the telephones of the mayor of Himara contain information that could aggravate the case against him.
In an interview for the show "Top Talk" on Top Channel, Hoxha said that if the phones are opened, conversations between Beler and the Greek authorities, Greek politicians or personalities who are 'non grata' in Albania will be found.
"There is another issue why Athens is interested in the Beleri case. When Fredi Beleri was arrested in flagrante delicto, the mobile phones were seized, if Fredi Beleri's mobile phones are opened and the communications with whom Fredi Beleri communicated during the electoral campaign, with the Greek authorities, with Greek politicians, with characters who are 'non grata' in Albania, undesirables, who have been involved in incidents either with leaders of the police or secret services of the neighboring country.
I would request that the Albanian authorities, the Information Service as far as I know, has taken this information to where it needs to go, I don't know how much they will take it into account. What is wrong with the Albanian court making a fair decision, a decision. This is a matter for justice to decide, not politics ," he said.
