In May 2017, the show "Stop" on TV Klan broadcast the case of a murder in Vloçisht, Korça, an event that occurred in October 2012.
The evidence brought by the show's journalist made it possible to reopen the case after 5 years for the murder of 58-year-old Ethem Hënë.
But prosecutor Oli Visi did nothing to solve the murder. She never called the witness who had seen the conflict with his own eyes. Likewise, prosecutor Visi never committed the aggravated murder.
The victim's son, Erion Hëna, met with the prosecutor, telling her that he was leading her towards self-justification. Edison Kodralli, from the same village, was suspected of killing the elderly man based on the evidence, but also on the gunpowder marks found on his body. The prosecution ordered the arrest of the young man, but three months later, the prosecutor in the case changed his mind, requesting a change in the arrest measure for Edison Kodralli, after the latter said that on the day of the incident he was in Maliq and had welded the car.
After the prosecutor, the Korça court also accepted the request to suspend the case, without any letter in the trial file. The reason for the failure of the process was found to be the lack of conducting the experiment at the Institute of Scientific Police in Tirana, which was unable to conduct an in-depth analysis that could provide answers to the gunpowder marks on the suspect's clothes.
The manipulation of the case took place openly between the prosecutor of the time and the judge, who accepts the fact that the author is Edison Kodralli, but in the end decides to change the arrest measure for the main accused of this murder./tvklan.al
