Lawyer Arben Llangozi, regarding the arrest of lawyer Ulian Bajrami, after announcing a report at the court session in Elbasan, stated that the prosecution had given false news that the lawyer had threatened the prosecutor.
He stated that the judge responded harshly and bullyingly to the lawyer, adding that the lawyer may have committed an ethical violation, but not a criminal offense.
According to him, we currently have a justice system where judges and prosecutors protect each other.
Llangozi added that the arrest of lawyer Bajrami comes after discussions at the meeting that took place after the murder of judge Astrit Kalaja in the courtroom, describing it as a planned arrest to silence the lawyers.
"I managed to secure the audio of the session and I found that the lawyer was in compliance with the duty and there was pure manipulation of the justice bodies. We do not have justice bodies, but an organized structure that protects each other's actions and falsifies the procedures. The lawyer had found that the video minutes had been falsified and that the minutes did not match the video. The lawyer said that I found discrepancies and will file a report against the prosecutor and the Judicial Police Officer. The judge turned to the lawyer in a bullying manner. We do not have to turn a blind eye to the rights of our clients. The court, instead of initiating criminal proceedings, bullied and insulted the lawyer.
Judge Megi Strakosha does not have a clean record. Her father was convicted of alienating Dhërmi properties by giving them to oligarchs, and when the properties were sold, she became a judge.
There are also honest people who do not enter the School of Magistrates. The judge replied harshly that in this hall you cannot talk about charges. The judge's father was the director of the Himara municipality and I share the belief that judges today are all patronizers.

We cannot claim to receive justice from a judge who screams at the lawyer during the hearing.
In my opinion, there is no ethical violation on the part of the lawyer, because it is an obligation, that anyone who becomes aware of a criminal offense, has an obligation to file a report. And the prosecutor was scared of us?
A judge of the Republic, there is not a day that goes by without at least committing a criminal offense. Edi Rama is arrested before a prosecutor and judge, so much so that they protect each other.
