SPAK is in the process of investigating the hidden pennies of some small businesses, considering them good fiscal evasion; but no investigation is started for millions of Euro state funds, which Fidel Ylli is stealing, disguised as funding for the Albanian Olympic Committee.
The dirty track is the fact that Prime Minister Edi Rama adds funds every 6 months to the accounts of the Albanian Olympic Committee, while Fidel Ylli extorts them with fictitious tenders that he gives to his friends to buy uniforms, balls and sports materials for school teams. with prices 4-5 times more expensive than market prices and only 30-50% of their quantities.
The story of the theft of funds, under the guise of the activity of school sports teams through the Albanian Olympic Committee, started with Decision No. 893, dated 27.12.2022 of the government, giving 2.5 million Euros.
While during the period February 2023-August 2024, Fidel Ylli was given another 3.8 million Euros from the funds of the Ministry of Education that he had for heating in schools, by order of ministers Evis Kushi and Ogerta Manastirliu, for allegedly buying uniforms, balls, sneakers and filming and broadcasting of school sports activities.
But Babloku continues to donate millions of Euros to mobster Fidel Ylli, changing Decision No. 893, dated December 27, 2022 of the government, with the specification for an additional 5 million Euros in the account of the Albanian Olympic Committee.
In the government's decision, dated October 10, 2024, it is stated: - Point no. 1 of Decision No. 893, dated December 27, 2022, changes making the value of the fund 750 million new ALL or 7.5 million Euros; from 250 million new lek, or 2.5 million Euros, with an additional 5 million Euros.
We remind SPAK that in the amended decision on October 10, 2024, it is stated that the value of 2.5 million Euros is for the year 2022; the value of 3.5 million Euros for the year 2023, while the value of 1.5 million Euros is for the year 2024; which means that Fidel Ylli will receive an additional 5 million Euros within the year 2025, on account of the previous years when he made fictitious tender letters.
The scandal deepens and creates doubts about the theft of the additional 5 million, with the fact that with this government decision, Fidel Ylli is allowed to disappear the official bank account number "0050249325" of the Albanian Olympic Committee in "Raiffeisen Bank", while 5 million Euros transfer them to a bank account where Fideli knows.
