The Secretary of Public Relations in DP, Edvin Kulluri, has stated that Gazment Bardhi and Flamur Noka do not understand that women should not be violated.
Kulluri made the comments in Euronews Albania, where he commented on the incident that happened in the Parliamentary Committee with the democratic deputy Flutura Açka on one side and Noka e Bardhi on the other.
He said that Noka and Bardhi do these actions to appear pious in the hope that they will be rewarded by former Prime Minister Sali Berisha in the "dead end".
" Noka, as a conservative from the pulpit, has not understood that conservatism does not mean hitting and raping women. Women, even in Albania, have not been valued, they have been protected. On the other hand, Bardhi, as a well-known liberal, does not understand that gender equality does not mean that a man should hit or rape a woman.
This is where the first problem starts and I think they need to deepen their political formation. Secondly, I think that both gentlemen think that they serve Berisha and are deluded that they are heroes of the pulpit, they do these things because they think that they will be rewarded at the dead end. I think they make a very big mistake because they ruin their public image ," Kulluri said.
