Journalist Ferdinand Derivishi said that the arsenal of weapons captured yesterday in Vlora is connected to criminal groups, but the events are exported. So there are conflicts that have their origins in drug deals in the Netherlands, Belgium or Spain.

This is a weapon that a criminal group needs. A weapon is kept because the groups have conflicts. In order to survive, you must have two things, money to buy information on how the other moves and the right weapons to defend and attack.Assassinations are done with weapons or explosions.
While the conflicts that the Vlora groups have, are exported. The biggest conflicts happened abroad. The rift has begun in the Netherlands, Spain for drug trafficking. The latest sniper attack, which you are talking about, is this one or not and it should be seen if there is a connection, so according to what has resulted, sniper murder is attributed to a conflict that happened abroad" , said Dervishi in "Today Live in Albania" in Report TV.
On the other hand, he also commented on the numerous presence of snipers in the found arsenal.
"Why do we have so many snipers? The sniper creates a kill with little trouble, right. So we have a lot of snipers in the hands of crime. Snipers fell into the hands of crime in 97. There were in military units. Indeed in the south there were sniper police, they fell into the hands of gangs, but there were also snipers who were taken under contract. The state distributed these weapons, reports came out. Different snipers are smuggled in. They are professionals and collect the materials randomly," adds Dervishi.
The journalist says that these criminal groups have many weapons bases, which means that there are many orders for crimes.
"We have also had cases of using explosives with mobile phones. In 2021 in Tirana there was an operation for the bases. And the images were even more frightening. There were anti-tank and other weapons. It was seen that there were also radio receivers. Even a camera to hunt at night. These groups that were hit in 2021 were like workshops. The supply and demand of crime, they were like workshops taking guns and modifying them. This is very serious. You have so much crime that you order guns. And there were several workshops." , says Dervish.
But the journalist says that the level of micro-crime is okay.
"We should not be afraid. That micro security of criminality is in order. The Albanian police has successfully attacked micro criminality", said the journalist.
