The General Directorate of Prisons has responded to Dhionisis Fredi Beler, who requests that measures be taken and that he be accompanied physically between July 15 and 20, at the European Parliament meeting.
As Anila Hoxha learns, the prison jurors replied to Beler that "we are examining your request with priority".
However, the prison experts have not come up with a conclusion whether or not Beleri will be accompanied as an MEP in the first meeting.
Beleri has also requested the suspension of the President's decree that was announced on July 5, until the final decision on his mandate is made.
He was stripped of the mandate of the mayor of Himara by the CEC, a meeting in which he attended accompanied by two police officers.
