Analyst Ben Andoni, in a Skype interview on News 24, commented on the opposition protests.
Andoni said that he believes that the opposition functionaries rather fight to catch the eye of the president, to have a place in the parliament in 2025. He said that the leaders of the Berisha-Meta opposition do not have real friendship, but a relationship dictated by interests. .
"Since we are close to the elections, the functionaries of the main parties want to catch the eye of the party leaders. There may be divisions, both within the opposition and within the majority. Protests are useful, to protest the situation in the country. The opposition still has no breath. Spirit is created when people believe that this opposition will have a worthy administration for Albania.
But I think that rather in the protests they are fighting to catch the attention of the president. Albania continues to have enormous problems. Albania has a problem that we all feel, the loss of hope. As for the duo Berisha-Meta, they are friends-enemies. Their friendship is not friendship, but political interest", said Andoni.
