The lawyer, Jordan Daci, has spoken about the last movement of SPAK, in the Berisha family, where Jamarbër Malltezi was arrested and Berisha was also given a security measure to appear, in connection with the "Partizani" complex.
In an interview for 'Abc news', Daci said that the new justice has confirmed that it is working for two years and will continue to show it continuously.
"We don't have to wait for this opportunity to try it. In these last two years, it has been proven that no person can avoid SPAK. I believe it will be proven in many other cases and this is something to be welcomed" , said Daci first.
The lawyer said that the trial against the former prime minister will be long and if all the evidence is proven, Berisha risks 4 to 10 years in prison.
" It is too early to come to conclusions, because the level of evidence is that of suspicions, they must be investigated, then the trial will be long. The offense is a serious offense punishable by 4-12 years in prison, if all charges are proven by the court. The circle of people involved will be difficult to expand, since 10 years have passed. "Justice has a second message, which should bring out all the names included and should say for each one the reasons why these names were not included ," Daci added.
Daci emphasized that a different security measure was given to Berisha than that of the son-in-law, not because of her age, but because of security elements. He added that it is not expected that there will be a change in the security measure for the former prime minister in the future.
" No, age is not an obstacle in this case. The court considered it a sufficient measure in terms of security elements. If this suspicion were complete, the court might order the measure of arrest in prison" , said the lawyer.
