Former prime minister Sali Berisha's lawyer clashed with prosecutor Arben Kraja today.

During the hearing on the recognition of the security measures against Jamarber Malltez and businessman Fatmir Bektashi, lawyer Gjokutaj asked to be familiar with the file.

But prosecutor Kraja asked the lawyer in what capacity he was and what he represented. Gjokutaj replied that he is Sali Berisha's lawyer.

But at this moment Kraja has asked him to leave the session as he did not have power of attorney, and that today is not the session against the citizen Sali Berisha, but against Jamarbër Malltez and Fatmir Bektashi. Then the court also rejected it.
