
Gunfire was recorded this evening in a village in Peshkopi, during a clash that occurred with PD-SP supporters.
According to information in the village of Pilafe, a group of DP sympathizers stopped a car that was thought to be heading towards remote areas and was suspected of buying votes in favor of the SP.
Meanwhile, during the stop of the vehicle, it is learned that there was an incident and even gunfire. From the investigations, the police officer, Esat Gjura, who is suspected of having fired a gun, has been identified and declared wanted. Another person is also being sought. It is also learned that Gjura is the father of a SP candidate.
We recall that such an incident occurred yesterday evening, where DP supporters blocked another vehicle in which the police found money and banknotes.
"Around 8:25 p.m., citizen Xh.Gj. (candidate for deputy of the Democratic Party political entity), called the operations room of the Dibër Local Police Directorate, claiming that in the village of Pilafe, Tomin Administrative Unit, they had detained a citizen suspected of distributing money in exchange for votes.
Also, citizen Xh.Gj. previously claimed that a person fired a gun into the air as he was leaving.
"The investigation group of the Dibër Local Police Directorate was immediately established and, under the direction of Spak and the Dibër General Jurisdiction Prosecutor's Office, they are conducting investigations to clarify the case ," the police announced.
