Captain Artur Meçollari, invited to the show "360 degrees" on ABC News, spoke about this new development.

Meçollari said that the Kuçova base will be a reserve and non-operational base all the time. According to him, the base will be a logistic base.

"The Kuçova base will be a reserve, or auxiliary, non-operational 24/7 base. It will be a logistic base and will be used according to the needs of the alliance. In case of an emergency, it can return to an operational base in 365 days. Aircraft of a training nature can be deployed", said Meçollari.
