The Information Director of Top Channel, Robert Rakipllari, stated that the visit of the US Secretary of State is divided into three issues.

Regarding Blinken's refusal to meet the opposition, Rakipllari said that he does not consider one side of the opposition important, while on the other side stands Berisha who is excluded because he is non grata from the USA.

We can judge it as much as we want, but the US also has its own interests ," Rakipllari said.
