Those accused of the affair with the Tirana incinerator have denied the charges. SPAK took 15 people as defendants and they appeared before the court today to familiarize themselves with the security measures.
Among the accused are Lefter Koka and Alqi Blako. Both have refuted SPAK's claims.
Lefter Koka has continued to accuse Berisha and LSI for the accusations against him. He apologized to his former subordinates. " I apologize to all the staff if they are here because of me. They have done the best they could. The accusations were raised on the basis of political and media opinion. I am a victim of Saliu and the small party. While Blako has claimed that he has an invoice for the purchase of the beer machine worth 119,755.

Regarding the employment of Vladimir Bezhani, Alqi Blako said: " It is a legal contract with the private sector. Neither by regulation nor by law is it prohibited. Meanwhile, SPAK has requested prison for Pëllumb Abeshi, who is under house arrest. Even in his absence, SPAK demanded prison for Abesh and Etleva Kondi. 7- Taulant Tusha, Director of Infrastructure in the Municipality of Tirana, surrendered - Accused of 'Abuse of duty'
8- Namik Simixhiu, Former member of the Incinerator Procurement Commission of Tirana, arrested - Accused of 'Abuse of duty'
