The year 2024 may bring other costs for the Albanian state coffers, as the State Attorney informed the Assembly that the Strasbourg Court has decided to review all the cases carried over the years.
" While during 2024 we have a high number of requests pending, and as we mentioned in the meeting and reporting of 2023, we have determined that there is a high number of requests from Albanian citizens that have not been processed over the years and the European Court decided to address these issues. "
