Regarding the January 21 murders, journalist Artan Hoxha said that the server, which was considered deleted, and the security cameras along with the recordings, are somewhere. According to him, they are a very good opportunity that can guide the SPAK in relation to the investigations, in case they are found where they are and who has them.
The journalist said that the Gardaí and the Prime Minister's Office had a legal obligation to make the equipment and recordings available to the investigation, and yet they disappeared.
"This is a good opportunity for those who have or have information about where they are to direct SPAK to write towards that evidence. This recording we had would not have the value it has today if the Prime Minister's DVR had worked. If the equipment of the Guard of the Republic that records all the commands that are given had worked.
If the Prime Minister's Office and the chain of command of the state at that time had not deleted the DVR of the Prime Minister's cameras and destroyed the equipment that records all radio commands, this recording would not have any value today. Both the Guard of the Republic and the Prime Minister's Office had a legal obligation to have these devices in operation and make them available to the investigation. Not only did they do this, but they did not let the prosecution collect the cartridges inside the fence", said Hoxha on Top Channel.
