SPAK has completed preliminary investigations for the former mayor of Lushnja, Fatos Tushe, where, according to them, he hid an apartment in Vlora.
While the deputies and ministers are with villas and businesses in the Lalëzi Bay, the coast and the capital, SPAK says that Fatos Tushe will be sent to trial for an 82.33 m2 apartment in Vlora.

The Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime in Tirana has completed the preliminary investigations and submitted to the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime the request for trial of criminal proceedings no. 199/1, of 2021, with citizen defendant:
Fatos Tushe, accused of committing the criminal offense "Refusal to declare, non-declaration, concealment or false declaration of assets, private interests of elected persons and public servants or any other person who has the legal obligation to declare", in the form of concealment and false declaration, provided by article 257/a, second paragraph of the Criminal Code.
From the totality of the acts and the evidence administered during the investigation, it is proven beyond reasonable doubt based on the evidence that the defendant Fatos Tushe, former mayor of Lushnje Municipality, made a false declaration of assets and interests, as well as made a concealment of assets, interests and expenses in these statements:
1. In the periodical/annual declaration of private interests of the years: 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, or in the declaration of private interests after leaving office, of 2021, no expenditure was declared for the purchase/order of the apartment with total area 82.33 m2, located in Lungomare, Vlora, or for works and furnishings, which in the total real amount (investment value 2,262,000 Lek). The investigation has proven that the defendant Fatos Tushe, even though he is the "de facto" owner of the apartment in the city of Vlora, in Lungomare, has continuously hidden this asset. Currently, a preventive seizure has been imposed on this property with decision No. 136., dated 29.02.2024 of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime;
2. In the periodical/annual declaration of private interests of the years: 2018, 2019, 2020, or in the declaration of private interests after leaving office, of 2021, he did not declare the loan/debt received by the IL citizen according to notarial declaration No. 3124 Rep., No. 1320 Col., dated 15.09.2020, notary AM;
3. In the declaration of private interests after leaving office with No. index 09559, of the year 2021, did not declare the investment made for the purchase of two vehicles, model "S350CDI 4MATIC" (paid value 39,620 Euros) and "C200CDI", brand "Mercedes Benz" (paid value 7,290 Euros) , totaling 46,910 Euros.
