Dervish Hasi, a surgeon by profession, was arrested yesterday in Tirana for having sexual relations with minors.
According to police investigations, the 42-year-old was having sex in a group and creating porn videos. From the seizure of the mobile device, the police discovered that the five people had opened a 'chat' group, where they exchanged messages and videos that they produced together.
The serious case was dealt with today on "Alxpiëria Live", while Has's defense lawyer was invited. The latter insisted that the accusations are slander and that there was no sexual relationship between the 42-year-old and the 14-year-old.
Bezat: Lawyer, let's not normalize this because I'm sure that if you don't have a daughter, you have a minor relative in your family.
Lawyer: It's defamation.
Bezat: He didn't have sex with the girl?
Lawyer: No, it's defamation.
Bezat: The girl admits that she had a relationship with your client.
Lawyer: What are these slanders? The girl has not given her statements yet, she gave her statements an hour ago, take them and ask her.
The police received information about this exploitation and intervened when the minor went to the 42-year-old's apartment. In reference to the case, it is suspected that Has has manipulated her with terms of trust, promising that she would become his fourth wife.
The minor had been visiting his apartment for 2 years, where she spent 2-3 days. He has declared that he is a believer and had three other partners.
Dervish Hasi is a well-known name to the police, as he was arrested in 2019. He is also being investigated for criminal offenses earlier, but they have not been proven.
