The Tirana court has forgiven the brutal violence against the two cousins Bilbil and Jashar Maja, as it has released Andi Rraja, the grandson of the former deputy of the SP, Rrahman Rraja, from prison.

The Court has also ordered 'house arrest' for Ineidi Rraja and Eni Kullaj.

The three members of the Rraja tribe were arrested in July of last year after brutally assaulting the 2 cousins Bilbil and Jashar Maja. The latter had complained about the damage caused to them by the works in the quarry that was owned by Pëparim Rraja, the cousin of the former socialist deputy of Kruja, Rrahman Rraja.

It is learned that Andi Rraja, Ineidi Rraja and Eni Kullaj have been placed under house arrest. The court has accepted the request for mass substitution, as the detention period has been exceeded.

We remember that at noon on July 6, 2023, the two Maja cousins were in the bar with the engineer of the quarry owned by the brothers of the former socialist deputy Rrahman Rraja, to ask him that the explosions be more controlled since their homes were being damaged.

It appeared that the attack was planned, as members of the Rraja gang brutally assaulted Bilbil and Jashar Maja with baseball bats and handguns. The 'strong' of Rraja who dedicated the removal of the mandate to Rrahman Rraja, after the latter was forced to resign because in the video made public, apart from the brothers and nephews, the son of the former deputy was also the abuser.

The police have not yet been able to arrest all the aggressors of July 6, while declaring the nephews of the former MP to be innocent. Rexhep Rraja, Xelal Rraja and Edison Meta, Flamur Rraja and Përparim Rraja, who are also the owners of the quarries, are still being searched for the serious incident.

Meanwhile, the victims Bilbil and Jashar Maja have requested that the justice act in relation to this case, as otherwise they will commit self-judgment.

"We have no protection, nor did the police come to ask us if we are alive or dead. I demand that the perpetrators all receive the appropriate punishment, or I will turn it into self-judgment. I do not forgive Jelal Rraja until I am alive because I do not I'm to blame. I made the house with sweat.

When they attacked us, they didn't speak to us at all, they just insulted us. They hit me with both guns and baseball bats.

The main ones who were armed and committed the violence have not been arrested, because this state does not have the capacity to catch them. For this quarry I was made like this, because I made with dirt like they are. I did not go to Rrajat, but they came to me. The principals of this event are free", declared Jashar Maja at that time.

We remind you that the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana completed the investigations on October 7, 2023 for the members of the Rraja tribe. It was the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana, which first forgave the Rraja gang as it sent them to court on the charges of "intentional slight injury" and "intimidation".

Although the Mayan cousins requested new expertise on the injuries of barbaric violence, the group of experts who drew it up came to the conclusion that the injuries were done with a strong cutting tool, but are not dangerous to the injured person's life.

The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana changed the charge against the members of the Rraja tribe from "intentional serious injury, in cooperation" to "intentional minor injury".
