TCH writes that the profits of this firm, "DRICONS", which paid to win the tender, has doubled its profits during 2021.
This company with administrator Vladimir Topin has won a total of 213 public contracts with the local government from which it has benefited more than 36 million ALL.
The largest number of contracts was with the local government in Malesenia e Madhe, Shkodër and Krujë.
Investigation by SPAK
According to SPAK, evidence has been gathered that the engineer of the company Dricons sh.pk, after taking the monetary value of 330,000 eka from the apartment of the administrator Vladimir Topi, sent it to the employee of the Ministry of Health, Loreta Sheto, who was the person who he knew and was in contact with the General Secretary of the Ministry of Health, Joana Duro, the latter was caught red-handed with the amount of monetary value obtained through corruption.
The competition between eight companies, of which Dricons was the winner through corruption, which for the value of 800 thousand lek would supervise the reconstruction of several health centers in Tirana and Durrës, was not the only one that it won.
