Former prosecutor Eugen Beci commented for "Review" in Euronews Albania the arrest of the Secretary General of the Ministry of Health Joana Duro and the employee Laura Sheto.

According to him, SPAK has reported to Prime Minister Edi Rama, informing him that they are capturing "their man". In these conditions, Beci explains that there are two possibilities, either that SPAK cooperates with Rama or that it does not have under control the investigative secret.
