Journalist Arian Sulo, commenting on recent political developments, also spoke about the engagement of Ilir Meta's son, Besar Metaj, in the campaign.
He said that his inclusion in the campaign is a specific case to provide more certainty to voters, as according to the journalist, such a thing would not have happened if Iliri himself were part of the campaign nor if Monika Kryemadhi were to participate in the campaign.
" There is a specific issue with the appearance of Ilir Meta's son. He would not have appeared if Ilir Meta were free and in the campaign. Also, if Monika Kryemadhi were there, he would not have appeared. These two specific issues have made it necessary for a message of membership for militants in this atypical campaign and every energy, every vote is needed, especially a family representative who sends a message to the PL electorate that the leadership of the campaign by Tedi Blushi and Ilir Meta's son is a message of security. But here we have some questions, because it remains a family legacy. For me, this is a problem in large parties, not in smaller parties where Ilir Meta is the third force ," Sulo said on the "Now" show on Euronews Albania.
