Hajrie Kogjini has a problem related to the Durrës cadastre. After the death of her husband, she wanted the property to be transferred to her name. She did all the procedures through the notary's office and the cadastre repeatedly asked her to fill out the applications with documents.
Now the service has been blocked after reaching the number of completed applications. Hajria says on the "Stop" show on TV Klan that she has not received a response or service for a year.
Citizen: Excuse me for asking! Who gives us information?
Guard: No information. Only on e-Albania.
Citizen: How about e-Albania? Is there an information office there?
Citizen 1: There is no information on e-Albania. We are waiting for the information there, there is nothing... Nothing and you have filled our mail with letters with replies, where you say all the time, we are proceeding, it is being processed. Nothing.
Citizen: Doesn't anyone come out here?
Citizen 2: None!
Citizen 3: Who explains to the people that we are sitting here waiting?
Citizen 1: They have found, they have created an e-Albania that will shut up and that's it. We have directors in the majority, that's what matters.
The citizen has addressed the General Directorate and the latter states that measures will be taken against the individuals and also forces the Durres cadastre to respond, but again the Durres cadastre has not responded for 5 months.
