Lawyer Gentjan Rumano has spoken about the scandal discovered in Oncology at QSUT. He said that there are still many undiscovered cases that prove how tumor patients are cured with half the dose.
He also stopped at the cobalt device which was left in an unsuitable environment, endangering the lives of the medical staff and patients, due to the very dangerous radiation.
"I think that the leaders of QSUT were aware of this system, even with the source of cobalt. The investigations will reveal who are the leaders who wanted the source of cobalt to come to Albania.
It is about radiotherapy with radiation, this method of therapy must have the conditions to be realized. The main condition is that there must be a bunker, that if it is missing, the radiation that spreads the therapy, passes beyond the building and endangers all the staff and other people", he told TCH.
