The former Deputy Minister of Energy, Dorian Ducka, was yesterday at SPAK, where he stayed for over four hours. Ducka is known from the file of the former senior FBI official, McGonigal as character B, where he is cited as an external advisor to Prime Minister Rama.
Journalists Artan Hoxha and Eni Ferhati said in the show "The Unexposed", on MCN TV, that his call may be related to two cases, that of "McGonigal" and "CEZ-DIA", which is related to the time when he was deputy / Minister of Energy.
Excerpts from the conversation:
Artan Hoxha: Dorian Ducka turned into a very interesting character in the case of the former FBI official, McGonigal and is person B. in the famous American file and person A, Agron Neza, who appeared in the photo with Safet Gjici. In January of this year, PD filed a complaint with SPAK. On September 25, Gazment Bardhi went to inquire about what has been done with that investigation. Ducka is the person who knows about the circumstances of the investigation and this is his current status.
Ducka was the Deputy Minister of Energy from October 5, 2013 to September 2015 and the minister was Damian Gjiknuri. This also coincides with the history of CEZ-DIA and has been involved in the energy sector due to recognition. Even as an external adviser to Prime Minister Rama, as he came later. Despite the fact that today he went without a lawyer, he did not give a statement, nor did SPAK give a notice, he was not in the framework of the person under investigation and he is aware of the circumstances of an investigation.
Eni Ferhati: It has not been officially confirmed to us that the "McGonigal" case has been registered as a criminal proceeding, that we may be in the preliminary verification phase. So we do not know if it is a concrete file or not. If we go by the logic that it should be a file for criminal registration on its own, then many other characters involved in this case should be questioned, such as those who go out to eat meatballs with Mr. McGonigal to Prime Minister.
Mr. Ducka was very reserved and I was impressed by the long time he was held, for about 4-5 hours and when you are held for that long, there is something concrete, but it should be the Special Prosecutor's Office that should clarify the public.
Artan Hoxha: I know that the CEZ-DIA issue has advanced quite a bit, because the damage caused to the Albanians there is over 400 million euros. If we say to the incinerators that until this year they will go this far, they have gone there and there are also people who have the status of associate of justice.
