A serious incident occurred this Wednesday in Kosovo, where a 26-year-old man lost his life after allegedly being struck by lightning in a mountainous area of Suhareka.
The victim has been identified as FB, 26 years old, while the incident occurred near the place known as "Guri i Dellocit", in the mountainous area between the Bukoshi and Dellocit mountains.
The news was initially confirmed by the Police Commander in Suhareka, Safet Hoxha, while the Police Spokesperson for the Prizren region, Shaqir Bytyqi, announced that immediately after receiving the notification, police patrols and investigators headed to the scene.
Because the incident occurred in deep mountainous terrain, access to the scene was difficult.
The Suhareka Emergency team also arrived at the scene, where they determined the young man's death.
