Lawyer Spartak Ngjela has spoken about the British file on the declaration of nongratia of former Prime Minister Berisha.
But Berisha appealed the decision, unlike the claims of the former democratic prime minister, the mechanisms of who initiated this punishment for the historical leader of the DP are shown.
Njjela said that due to the appeal, England cannot declare Berisha "non grata" if there is no evidence.
"When it comes out non grata, either in England or in America, you have to go to the competent court. That's why he went to the British court against the non-grata decision. You can't win, as the former prime minister will bring out without evidence. They are an ultra legal state. Like the donkey that France did. There is no way that neither America nor England will issue "non-women" if they don't have proof. Who asks the Albanian court in Britain? SPAK must have evidence, but if the case has started in England, it cannot start here ", said Njela for "TCH".
