Asked why Piro Xixho keeps Monika informed about the meetings he has held with the ministers, Piro states that he did not remember the reason why he wrote the message but added that he had not met Monika Kryemadhi.

On October 30, 2014, Ema Çoku writes an SMS to Monika Kryemadhi: "I must have a coffee with Ermal today, when you have time. Nga këqyrja që i është bërë email-it me adresë [email protected], rezulton se për periudhën 20 Shtator 2014-03 Shkurt 2015, në skedarin e emaileve të dërguara nga Ermal Topalli, janë të ruajtura emailet që ai u ka dërguar personave të ndryshëm lidhur me çështjen e UNIFI. Emailet kanë qenë të titulluar me emrat; BIN Cable via Unifi; BIN Terrestrial Permits and Authorization Folloë up; LUNIFI BIN Permits documents; Unifi Permit, Takimi i grupit të punës/Unifi communications; Lejë për ndërtimin e rrjetit me fibra optike në Shqipëri; Licensimi UNIFI; Unifi relacion final; Versioni final i korrektuar gramatikisht.
Në skedarin inbox janë gjetur të ruajtura email-e, që bëjnë fjalë për kompaninë UNIFI Communications INC, që fillojnë më 19 Shtator 2014, me emailin që Adrian Shatku i ka dërguar Ermal Topallit, bashkëlidhur të cilit janë edhe dy dokumente dhe përfundojnë në datën 5 Gusht 2015, me emailin që Roland Hila i ka dërguar sekretariatit teknik dhe Ermal Topallit.
Nga këqyrja që i është bërë dokumenteve bashkëngjitur email-eve rezulton se në datën 19 Shtator 2014, Adrian Shatku i ka dërguar Edmond Haxhinastos dhe co Ermal Topallit, kërkesën për shtrimin e fibrave optike. Po atë ditë nëpërmjet një email-tjetër, Adrian Shatku i ka dërguar Ermal Topallit kopje të dokumenteve“.
Ndërkaq, tek Monika Kryemadhi raportonte sistematikisht për aferat korruptive edhe ish kreu i AKEP, Piro Xhixho. I pyetur nga SPAK se pse raportonte te Monika, Piro Xhixho ka deklaruar se nuk e dinte arsyen!
“Në lidhje me këtë mesazh, Piro Xhixho ka deklaruar se personi të cilin e quan “Shefi” është shtetasi Ilir Metaj, me të cilin kanë biseduar lidhur me problemet e kompanisë Plus dhe zgjidhjen që mund ti jepej problemit. I pyetur për arsyen se përse komunikonte me Monika Kryemadhin për të zgjidhur problemet e kompanisë telefonike PLUS, Piro Xhixho deklaroi se ai nuk e dinte arsyen por shtoi se Monika nuk ka qenë asnjëherë e pranishme në bisedat që janë zhvilluar me përfaqësues të kompanisë Plus.
Në datën 15 Korrik 2014, Piro i shkruan Monikës se e ka telefonuar shefi lidhur me problemet e Samirit dhe i kërkon që Monika ta sqaroje shefin që e kanë lënë të bisedojnë së bashku.
Mesazhi i plotë është si vijon:
Piro- Mona mirëmbrëma. Uroj të jeni mirë. Më mori tani shefi për atë problemin e Samirit. Po ke kohë takohemi këto ditë. Sqaroje po deshe dhe shefin qe e kemi lënë bashkë të bisedojmë. Me respekt Piro.
