New details have been revealed from the file of 35-year-old Jetnor Zhaboli, who had 'imprisoned' his family for more than a year, will appear before the Tirana court on Monday.
He is accused of domestic violence and causing suicide, pending trial. The prosecution requests a prison sentence, while the defense is expected to request a security measure, forced hospitalization due to suspicions of mental health problems. The fixation that he was being eavesdropped and that there was noise coming from the walls, had pushed Jetnor Zhaboli to search the apartment experts to verify the suspicions, but even though the answer was negative, the 35-year-old did not stop the extreme control over his family.

His wife has stated that even though she felt imprisoned for 1 and a half years and psychologically and physically abused, she did not report because she loved her husband.
The mother of the young man, an economist by profession, has admitted that her son has emotional problems, but even though she has asked him several times to get medical treatment, he has not accepted. The children were also questioned in the presence of the psychologist, showing signs of trauma from their father's actions. Jetnor Zhaboli is expected to undergo a forensic examination to determine his state of mental health.
