In the file of the alienation of state properties in Shkallnur, Durrës, where the defendant is former SP MP Jurgis Çyrbja, an episode results in which a land area of 13,500 m2 of land was seized, using the forged documents of a blind woman.
Sh. Gjeçi, since 2013, had lost his sight and had acquired the status of blind, being unable to see or write.
However, in the Durrës mortgage documents, it appears that she has carried out a series of notarial actions by authorizing various persons for the purpose of compiling mortgage documents and even selling a land area of 13,500 square meters in Shkallnur, Durrës.
The area was initially registered in the name of N., Sh., and K Gjeçi. It was then sold in June 2015 by their representative with power of attorney.
But during questioning by SPAK, N. Gjeçit indicated that he had no knowledge of the mortgage of this property and had no knowledge of the sales contract, adding that he did not know the authorized person G. Tushe and had not issued a power of attorney for this citizen.
But a month later from the sale of the land, in July 2015, in his capacity as mortgage manager, Jurgis Çyrbja, issued the mortgage certificate of this property to the two buyers A. Xhafa and M. Merja.
These last two, after receiving the property deeds, decided in 2018 to take out a loan of 23 thousand euros, using this very property as mortgage collateral.
During 3 years of investigation, SPAK has discovered that Jurgis Çyrbja, in his capacity as the mortgage registrar of Durrës, in collaboration with other officials of this institution and the mayor of Shkallnur, committed acts of abuse of office in 5 cases. This concerns the registration of 5 land areas in the village of Rrashbull.
Meanwhile, Jurgis Çyrbja, former chairman of the ZVRPP in Durrës (SP MP), Hysen Gashi, former mayor of Rrashbull Municipality, Qamil Lila, former director of the Agricultural Office in Rrashbull Municipality, Ervis Mustafa, former legal specialist at the ZVRPP Durrës and Edlira Çollaku, former lawyer, have been named as defendants in the 5 cases./ Ora News
