So, they are only dealing with the thefts of Ilir Beqaj, when in total BKH has 62 investigators and SPAK has 20 prosecutors; while currently, under investigation, in the investigative process of prison arrest, house arrest, free investigation and tracking, there are 780 managers and their subordinates.
One more fact: every day, BKH investigators interrogate officials and every week they search institutions and directors' residences, where they seize phones, computers and corruption documents.
For example, after the arrests on December 8, 2023, of 8 officials of the Municipality of Tirana for the landfill affair; BKH investigators, on January 26, 2024, went to seize the office and apartment of the Director of Public Works of this municipality, Ilda Qazimllari, and some other officials.
Some time ago, BKH seized 12 phones, computers and documents of the directors of the ministry of Belinda Balluku; 20 at the ministry of Niko Peles and at the Army Headquarters; 8 to the ministry of Mirela Kumbaro and 10 to the Ministry of Health.
They didn't seize them because they were stolen, but because inside them are the bargains for the affairs and the thefts they did to the funds and state assets, by order of the ministers, mayors and directors.
If SPAK bosses decide to seize the phones and computers of the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Agriculture, Interior and Finance, they should start with the phones of Bablok, Balluk, Engjëll Agaçi, Frida Krifca, Anila Denajt, Delina Ibrahimajt, Bledar Çuçi, etc.
But also the Director of Government Services, Dhurata Frashëri, the two former Anti-Corruption Directors in the Prime Minister: Pirro Vengut, currently Director of the Port of Durrës and Ergys Hoxha, currently Deputy General Director of Customs.
Corruption has become a "mill", starting from the prime minister to ministers and prefects, and at the horizontal level of directorates, municipalities, inspectorates, state companies and local units.
This flood of corruption in state offices, which starts and is allowed from the top of the government, must be investigated and dealt with by the new justice system, but to deal with the large volume, we need 1 BKH and 1 SPAK for the prime minister and for each ministry. municipality and directorate.
