Justice has been alerted. After the prosecutors Doloreza Musabelliu and Merita Selimi, 3 judges of the Appeal have been threatened by the criminal gangs. The news was given by journalist Anila Hoxha.
According to her, the three judges of the Court of Appeal of the General Jurisdiction, Valdete Hoxha, Lutfie Çelami and Edlira Petri, were threatened in the courtroom, during the announcement of a decision. The judges immediately reported that they were threatened because of their duties and the Prosecutor's Office urgently started investigations into the case.
The threat of the judges happened on the day when they sentenced 5 citizens and specifically; Daut Elmazin, Gentian Zoton, Igli Memajn, Serxho Ademi and Albano Goxhajn, who were accused of an assassination in 2019 in the city of Vlora, with which it was intended to kill an underworld figure identified as Ines Fairies.
During the announcement of the decision, the defendants were absent, but the hall was filled with their family members. After giving the decision, the judges were withdrawn to the consultation room and the intervention of the police was needed to escort the threats who were in the courtroom.
Regarding the assassination of Ines Hajrulla, it happened on May 10, 2019 in the "Oslo" complex in Vlora. The investigations have proven that the organizer of this attack with two Kalashnikovs is Daut Elmazi, the grandson of Armando Sulejmani or "Chipuri" in Vlora.
The other defendants Igli Memaj "Suloti", Gentian Dautaj (Zoto) and Fatmir Hyseni are in the role of executors, where in the phase of the investigation of the evidence, it turned out that Igli Memaj was in the role of the driver of the "Land Rover" type vehicle. , while Dautaj and Hysenaj, were armed and were the people who would execute Inez Hajrullan, Ervis Matodashaj and A.Shoraj.
These people were not able to carry out the crime, as the automatic weapon that Fatmir Hyseni was carrying turned out to be jammed without firing a single shot. While the firearm carried by Gentian Dautaj was fired several times, in the direction of the target of the attack, but the result did not come because the group of boys spotted them, and they lay down on the ground and then left.
The people then left immediately after the event in the direction of the Babica hills, where they burned the vehicle and remained hidden until they were taken and transported to the city of Fier.
