"I was expecting Fatos Nano's death", Namik Dokle: History will

Former Speaker of Parliament and Socialist Namik Dokle, invited to the show "Kjo Javë" (This Week), stated that he had been waiting for the news of the death of former Prime Minister and his friend Fatos Nanos for the last few days. Dokle emphasized that Nano will remain a key figure in the Socialist Party.

"I know that in such cases there are always people who tell the reality, there are others who say superlatives, or even people who speak without customs."

It's depressing when you see the two extremes when they are not within reality. I knew the news because I was communicating with my friend Leonard Solis, who is my mutual friend and Fatos's. And once I asked him how the situation was and it is clear that the situation in recent days has been worsening.

I think that Nano was talked about, how it was talked about, should not become part of the politics of the day. If a figure is talked about in the politics of the day, it will be hidden in a distorted kaleidoscope.

History will tell better than anything else. History can leave out someone from its own cadre, Fatos Nano will absolutely remain one of the central figures in the history of the SP. He was the main figure of the SP, he was chairman for 14 years in a row. He was a great contributor to the reform of the SP.

"And he was of the opinion that without reforming the political parties, the life of the country cannot be reformed. Without democracy within the parties, there cannot be democracy in the life of the country," Dokle emphasized.
