Scandal/Emergency budget at the service of the electoral campaign! Aid for sick children is not provided, but MPs' acne is cured in Germany with state money!
The pamphlet sheds light on the Government's decision to plunder the emergency fund to finance the parties' electoral propaganda
On April 4, 2025, with VKM no. 199, Babloku allocated an additional 1.5 million euros for campaigns, after the SP and DP were not satisfied with the 1.1 million that the CEC gave them. The money was taken from the emergency fund – which according to the law is for earthquakes, floods and vital medical cases.
While thousands of citizens seek help to save the lives of children and receive no response, ministers, MPs, and propaganda stars are treated with state money in private hospitals abroad, for between 15 and 40 thousand euros each.
This is the true face of the state that feeds propaganda and abandons the people.
When it comes to financial assistance for emergency medical treatment of a child or a mother from a family in need, Babloku doesn't lift a finger. But when it comes to party campaigns, he doesn't spare emergency funds either.
On March 21, 2025, the CEC distributed 1.3 million euros for the electoral campaign, with the SP receiving 652 thousand euros and the DP receiving 448 thousand euros. But even these were not enough for the two main parties. With a Government Decision dated April 4, 2025 (No. 199), Babloku authorized an additional 1.5 million euros, taken from the emergency reserve fund.
From this additional fund, the Socialist Party will benefit from an additional 700 thousand euros (a total of 1,352,000 euros), while the Democratic Party will benefit from an additional 500 thousand euros (a total of 950,000 euros). The rest will be divided among 9 small parties, just to make ends meet.
Ironically, this fund is used for electoral campaigns, while the state does not react when citizens in need seek life-or-death assistance. But when it comes to luxurious treatments abroad for ministers, deputies, mayors or Babloku's friends - from 15 to 40 thousand euros immediately come out of the state coffers. Even for a pimple on the butt of a TV showman.
The taxes that Albanians are being charged with fines, threats and interest on late payments do not go towards their health, but towards the political health of the parties. This is Babloku's "social state"./ Pamphlet
