Apart from the fact that he laundered public funds using the name of the former Minister of the Interior; Eral Myftaraj continues to use false documents even after returning to public tenders, this was found in 56 cases, but the Public Procurement Agency and the institutions that make the tenders, do not report it to SPAK...
In the business community, everyone knows that the exemplary prototype of dirty work, Eral Myftaraj, has won 50 million Euro tenders, as a partner of former minister Bledar Çuçi with 2 of his 4 companies, specifically 45 million Euro with the firm " Meteo Sh.pk" and 5 million Euros with the firm "AL-MEXWOOD Sh.pk".
In the offices of the ministries, directorates, state agencies and municipalities, they heard that the businessman Eral Myftaraj speaks on behalf of Bledi Çuçi and in their presence talks with the former minister, to convince them that they are partners together, as he did in presence of criminals.
But a decision of the Legal Department of the Public Procurement Agency proves the fact that Eral Myftaraj, speaking on behalf of the former minister Bledar Çuci, also used false documents from taxes, customs, insurance, the Directorate of Road Transport, etc. in tenders.
By Decision no. 81, dated 16.11.2021 of the Public Procurement Agency, the firm "Meteo Sh.pk" of Eral Myftaraj has been excluded for 2 years from state tenders, after the investigation, it turned out that it had submitted 100% false documents in the tender with : "Maintenance of Vlorë-Peshkepi-Selenica-Vllahina-Pocem-Povël-Levan roads, worth 1.7 million Euros.
Despite presenting false certified documents, the tender commission of the Directorate of Roads awarded the tender to the firm "Meteo Sh.pk", but after reporting the other contestants to SPAK and APP, the tender was withdrawn by Decision no. 263/2021, dated 08.06.2021 of the Public Procurement Commission.
But SPAK left it in silence. The Public Procurement Agency openly violated the law, by not taking the decision to expel the forger Eral Myftaraj and the officials of the Road Directorate who awarded the 1.7 million Euro tender with fake papers to SPAK.
With fake papers and the approval of Bledar Çuçi as the former Minister of Local Government in 2014, Eral Myftaraj also got the 35-year free concession of the 10,000 m2 state nursery in Cërrik, where, according to anti-crime agencies, he grows and sells cannabis seedlings.
