Tirana towards the invasion with garbage, no one signs the theft of 120 million euros
Tirana risks being invaded by waste within a very short time due to a corrupt plan, which has been suspended for fear of SPAK.
Since November of last year, by decision of the Municipal Council, the company "Eco Tirana" has taken the monopoly of cleaning the capital of Albania, without being prepared to offer this service.
On the other hand, the contracts of the companies contracted by the municipality for the cleaning of Tirana have expired and the proceedings for the provision of this service by the ghost company "Eco Tirana" have remained suspended.
Thus, the capital risks turning into a garbage dump from this month.
The corruption group in the Municipality of Tirana does not want to share the clean-up money with Shkëlqim Fushë, Arbër Abazin, etc.
But, on the other hand, no one dares to sign the mega-theft of the coming decades with Eco Tirana of Ndrangheta, when the signatories are behind bars for the incinerator affair.
Eco Tirana or as it is otherwise known "Ndrangheta" in the Municipality of Tirana that is paid every month about 600 thousand euros for the differentiation of waste at the origin, without carrying out this process for a single day, with the firm of Veliaj, is already waiting to devour all the territory of Tirana.
Totally unprepared, without any capacity to provide service to over 1 million inhabitants, "Eco Tirana" has started the adventure to make this pilot project work.
For weeks, the servants of "Ndragheta" have been asking for machinery, trucks, boilers, even workers with brooms, to be ready to brighten the face of Tirana blackened by the thefts reported in the City Hall.
While Tirana is returning like the southern provinces of Italy, just to get 120 million euros for the next thieves, SPAK is every day proving the abuses of directors and corruption specialists in the Municipality of Tirana.
After the arrest of two directors of the Municipality, other arrest warrants are expected to be issued in the following days.
Who will go behind bars for this new mega-heist of the coming decades being prepared?
Will Eco Tirana continue to steal three times more expensively while the co-thieves are behind bars?
