Journalist Julian Hoxha called SPAK's investigation of former Cadastre employees involved in the sale and purchase of votes in exchange for legalizations a green light.
He emphasized that our country has negative experiences related to the investigation of election crimes, while he recalled the fact that two mayors, Edison Memolla of Rrogozhina and Majlinda Bufi of Roskovec, continue their duties, even though they are officially under investigation by SPAK.
"We have had negative experiences so far regarding the investigation of election crimes, we have two mayors who continue their duties even though they are under investigation by SPAK, officially one under investigation and the other for trial, Rrogozhina and Roskoveci. But this file is very important because the issue of property is one of the most sensitive in the history of the Albanian transition, there are 8 thousand victims due to property conflicts. We have thousands of citizens who drag themselves to the courts because of overlaps, and when the state comes and brings the certificate with a magic wand, everyone surrenders and says order vote, give me the certificate, so this investigation is important", he said in the "Review" show.
