Journalist Eni Ferhati said that with the new Electoral Code, the situation has changed and we have a different approach of the justice bodies regarding a phenomenon that has been publicly known and normal in our country, such as electoral legalization.
He described as a green light the file that is investigating former employees of the cadastre, a file for which the former head of this institution, Artan Lame, was also summoned to SPAK.
While we are on the eve of the general elections, journalist Ferhati revealed that a special structure will be set up within SPAK with BKH prosecutors who will deal only with the investigation of election crimes.
" This is one of those files that gives you hope. Even the establishment of a ministructure that next year will be 24 hours a day during the campaign and after the elections. There will be a mini task force, this is not yet official because it has not been decided yet, there will be some BKH agents and other prosecutors that will not deal with other files but only with election crimes and investigate vote buying. These must have the raw material, it remains to be seen what results this minitask force will have ", he said in the Review show on Euronews Albania.
