The elected mayor of Himara, Fredi Beleri, has reacted strongly after the rejection of the request by GJKKO for the dismissal of judges Irena Gjoka and Erion Çela.
Beleri said in court that the evidence was manipulated and they want to arrest him at any cost.
"The case is badly assembled. The Prosecutor's Office of Vlora has been put at the service of the police and the evidence has been manipulated. I asked for information about the people who falsified the evidence. This information is necessary a normal protection. They put me in jail with a forged criminal record. Manipulation by the Prosecutor's Office continues, it is not known for what reasons. I feel offended and discriminated against. They want to punish me," Beleri said.
