The Special Prosecutor's Office (SPAK) has requested 2.6 years in prison for the elected mayor of Himara. While for Kokaveshi, he requested a sentence of 2 years in prison, converted to 4 years of probation, due to health problems.
Fredi Beleri and Pandeli Kokaveshi have been in jail since May 12, 2023, accused of buying votes.
