After the arrest of his son Dritan Goxhaj, Colonel Dilaver Goxhaj, calls on the government of Kosovo and the Albanian government to react to the case involving a former KLA fighter.
Dritan Goxhaj was arrested in Tirana by order of the Special Court. This event has brought many reactions. Dilaver Goxhaj said that he did not expect this 'reward' after the war in Kosovo.
He raises the question why there is no right of preemption in Albania, adding that behind this whole issue are certain European forces that have been and are allies with Serbia.
