Judicial police officers have not managed to seize the original sterilization concession contract from the Ministry of Health.
In the investigative file it is stated that when the MOH officials checked, the employees did not find and did not make available the original Concession Contract nor the relevant Annexes to the judicial police officers.
" In implementation of this decision, judicial police officers have seized the concession file from the Ministry of Health. This is proven by the minutes "For the seizure of documents" held on 13.10.2021 14.10.2021 and 20.10.2021. Also, it should be noted that despite the searches in the institution and in the archives of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science, the officials of this institution did not find and did not make available the original Concession Contract or the relevant Annexes. The seized documentation is the original documentation of the numbered copy, sent by the Ministry of Education and Culture regarding the procedure for granting the Concession with letter No. 910/1 dated 19.02.2020 ", the file states.
