Lawyer Romeo Kara says he has new evidence against former President Ilir Meta, regarding SMI lobbying in the US.
In an interview with "Ora e Fundit", Kara stated that the evidence proves that lobbying for the SMI is illegal.
"Today we are familiar with a new development, which reinforces the narrative with which the indictment was filed. Evidence has come that proves that lobbying for LSI is illegal. Part of the money was paid by LSI and part by businessman Shatku. This evidence came at the beginning of October. The court will decide whether it is valid or not. By attacking, this shows fear. He already sees his end and gives a political narrative to the issue. We have a body of justice, prosecution and trial, which are acting, are implementing the law," said lawyer Kara.
