The Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime has postponed the investigations into DP MP Asllan Dogjani by one month.
After his exit from SPAK, Dogjani spoke to the media, saying that even though he lost, he will not give up.
Dogjani accused Prime Minister Rama of vote theft.
"Despite the efforts of Edi Rama and his government, I will never give up, not even with these vote thefts that Rama has committed. Even if Rama were in these conditions, he would not be able to take power. In every VC and for a month in a row, I have seen what the actual organization of vote theft was like. Rama should be congratulated for this victory, for the methods that Rama has used. In 2023 with gangs, in 2017 with drums. This time too, criminal groups were facing us, the intimidation of voters was an uncontrolled theft. Rama got out of control of the situation. Thinking that he would not come to power, he stole so much...
I have received 7000 or so votes, even though I will not be in parliament, I will be an MP of those who voted for me. But Rama is a great loss for Albania.
The justice system has also been seized. Today there was a normal hearing. The prosecution came, the court told him to carry out these other tasks and come back in a month. I am not here because I have done dirty things, I am here because I am speaking out and if Rama is in power, it is a crime. But, I will not give up. You will find out about the actions from the court.
"I call on citizens to demand accountability. It is not only a harm to us, it is a harm to the citizens. I, who have been voted for by over 7,000 voters, will be their voice. I will not disappoint them. I will be in their defense. In fact, when I am pressured, I am even stronger ," Dogjani said.
