After the serious incident, where a three-year-old girl ended up in the hospital with a broken leg, after being barbarically raped by the teacher in the "Stinët" kindergarten on "Kushtrimi i lirisi" street in the capital, citizens have gathered in protest in front of the premises of the private institution.
Parents of the children have protested, demanding clarification of the case and saying that strict measures should be taken against abusive educators, to serve as an example for non-repetition of cases.
"For any child, it is a shocking case. I take my child to the state kindergarten, this kindergarten has had complaints before. The gardens should be monitored with cameras that can see everything that happens. Inspections should be carried out in the gardens and stricter measures should be taken. It is not known what I would do if something happened to my children," said one mother.
While another said: "If I were in my parents' place, I would react very badly. It is something that cannot be tolerated. There are people who raise them in difficulties. I have heard cases of violence in kindergartens before, they are blackmailed and psychologically pressured. My children are in state kindergarten".
We remind you that initially the Trauma Hospital did not report this scandalous incident, although the girl's leg was found to be broken. Similarly, the Judicial Police Officer, Ergys Brahimaj, did not receive a report from the parents when the little girl went to the hospital with trauma.
The girl's father says that the director of the kindergarten talked to OPGJ that day, telling her that there was no problem and that she was the minor's relative. The complaint was made the next day by the girl's mother.
Today, the Ministry of Education has closed the private kindergarten. The announcement also states that the kindergarten is illegal and was operating without a license as a private pre-university educational institution.
