Journalist Elkier Bushkolaj has commented on the serious event that happened in Shkodër on October 30, where Hamza Lici, Arlind Bushati and a couple of innocent bystanders Flutura and Bashkim Basha lost their lives in an assassination attempt.
Bushkolaj said that it is still difficult to clarify the track of the investigation, since the police have not yet reached a conclusion whether the much-wanted Ibrahim Lici was also present in the car with the victims. His presence was alluded to in the publication of several images, where a person is seen leaving the scene with traces of blood.
Even to this day , the police have not given an answer as to whether or not the person who appears in those images is Ibrahim Lici. At one point in one of the scenes, there is also an officer of the Shkodra police next to him. This means that the individual stayed there until the first police cars arrived.
